I am a Registered Massage Therapist focused on combining multiple modalities to create an integrative and unique approach towards client care on a case by case basis. I feel it is of utmost importance to be completely present with a clients needs and wishes while forming a realistic treatment plan that can be effectively implemented during multiple sessions. Interested in the overall health and wellness spectrum, and plan to offer personal training and nutrition counseling to clients in the near future. Specialties include (but not limited to) myofascial release, neuromuscular facilitation and deep tissue,orthopedic and sports preventative care as well as rehabilitative care and zen shiatsu; all while practicing in an intuitive integrative fashion from a clinical standpoint.
A little bit about me: I have Lived in the Colorado Springs area for majority of my life. Hiking, Biking, Running and Swimming are a few of my favorites, what a beautiful area to do so. I also love to express myself through painting and music and find the tranquility here helps to facilitate those hobbies.
